We would like to wish you all a happy and restful summer holiday.

Children return to school on Thursday 2nd September 2010.

Have a look at the PTA page to find out about the Summer Fete.

A child‘s years in primary school are a once in a life time chance of laying the foundations of learning. Parents and visitors who come to our unit for Early Years speak in glowing terms of the quality of the classroom and the care and dedication shown by the staff. It is here that the pupils of Baglan Primary School begin the adventure which is to be their primary school education.

The school is set in a large site with its own playing fields, large playgrounds and a nature reserve with a fine pond. In spring, the beautiful flowering cherry trees which adorn our site remind us that all children must have the opportunity to grow, blossom, and fulfil their potential. All our staff are caring, dedicated and devoted to this task.

When children leave our school we expect them to have become independent and self-motivated learners who have respect for themselves, for others and for their environment. On the pages of this site you will see the awards we have won and the wonderful experiences given to pupils which we hope will enable them to achieve these high expectations.
